The Organization Offers Paid Internships For High School Students, Allowing Them To Gain Real-world Experience And Explore Various Career Paths. CAREERS Also Supports Students Through Programs Like The Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) And Provides Safety Training Initiatives To Ensure Students Are Prepared For Their Internships. Additionally, It Offers Employer Funding Incentives To Encourage Youth Hiring And Collaborates With Schools To Integrate Career Exploration Into Education. CAREERS Has Facilitated Over 4,500 Internships In A Recent Year, Showcasing Its Impact On Workforce Development In Alberta.
